These terms apply to softvorx.io, operated by Softvorx Inc. (“Softvorx”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. Access to the Softvorx platform, including app.softvorx.io, is governed by the written agreement between Softvorx and the school or district, not by these terms.
Using the site
You may read, link to, and share the public pages. You may not scrape the site at volume, attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent yourself in the contact form, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to Softvorx unless noted. “Softvorx” is our trade name. The SBA certification marks are used as authorized for certified businesses; other product names (for example, district student information systems we integrate with) belong to their owners and appear only to describe compatibility.
Downloads
Documents offered for download (such as the capability statement) may be shared for evaluation and procurement purposes without alteration.
Accuracy and forward-looking statements
We work to keep this site accurate and we label what is held today versus what is planned. Statements about future certifications, features, or timelines are intentions, not guarantees. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Third-party links and services
Links to LinkedIn, SAM.gov, the SBA, Cal.com, and other sites lead to services we do not control, each with its own terms and privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Softvorx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about the website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Dallas County, Texas.
